Stewart Island Excursion Ex Te Anau
Stewart Island Experience utilises the services of Tracknet to provide a connecting shuttle service Te Anau to Bluff and vice versa. After the shuttle from Te Anau you with board the Express Catamaran operated for the Bluff/Stewart Island ferry service across Foveaux Strait. The crossing takes approximately one hour, and covers a distance of approximately 25kms (15 miles). Comprehensive commentaries provide information on the landmarks and wildlife observed, which can include seals, dolphins and a variety of sea birds. Interpretation handouts are available, and complimentary tea and coffee is on board all vessels. All vessels are wheel-chair accessible.
