Discover Rotorua, Waitomo & Taupo Tour (3 days)

Day 1: Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua
Travel south through lush Waikato farmland to Waitomo Caves for a boat ride under a galaxy of glow-worms. Continuing east to Rotorua, steeped in Maori culture and history. We recommend you attend a Maori hangi (feast) and concert tonight. Stay 1 night Rotorua.

Day 2: Rotorua - Lake Taupo
A half day sightseeing tour is included you will see roaring geysers, boiling mud pools at the thermal area, tame trout at the springs and performing sheep and dogs at the Agrodome.  This afternoon drive south through exotic forests until you reach the steam fields of Wairakei and Lake Taupo in the centre of the North Island. Overnight at Lake Taupo

Day 3: Taupo - Auckland
This morning a guided tour will take you to the mighty Huka Falls, Wairakei, the Aratiatia River Rapids and the Craters of the Moon. In the afternoon you drive via Cambridge and Hamilton to return to Auckland.

Cost is $1125.00 per person based on twin share accommodation.
